While speaking on local television, Raja said that Akhtar should refrain from giving inappropriate and exaggerated information about other cricketers past and present.
“Shoaib Akhtar is a cheating superstar. He also had a problem recently with Kamran Akmal. He wants everyone to be a brand, but it’s more important to be a person first. First be a person then mark, “ Raja said.
“Our former players spoil our cricket by giving false information. You never see that happening in our neighboring country. You never see Sunil Gavaskar criticizing Rahul Dravid. It happens only in Pakistan, where former players do not let others do their thing. professional work,” he added.
When asked about Akhtar’s wishes regarding becoming the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Raja Akhtar advised to complete his graduation first.
“It is necessary to obtain a graduate degree first in order to be eligible for the chairmanship of the PCB,” he concluded.
